At Athanda Stretch, Strength & Yoga, we believe movement is for everyone who is interested. Our goal is to help you reach your movement goals in a way that you enjoy, is safe and feels good to you- all virtually in the comfort of your own home, office, or wherever you may be! Accessibility and inclusion is also very important to us. The traditional 'fitness' industry can be expensive, intimidating and inaccessible for folks- we want anyone who is interested in movement to feel welcome and supported no matter who they are. Let's work together to achieve your goals!
Telisha (she/her) is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered teacher, a canfitpro certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She can't wait to move with you!

Here at Athanda Stretch, Strength & Yoga, we recognise and celebrate that everyone is different. You live in your body, and you are the expert in your own body. Our aim is to support however you choose to move- be it strength training, yoga, training for a specific sport, or working on touching your toes. What matters is it’s enjoyable, feels good to you and aligns with your goals.
We also recognise that every day is different, so let’s allow ourselves the grace to meet ourselves where we’re at. Movement doesn’t automatically require fancy or expensive equipment, we can do a lot with what we’ve already got.
Athanda Stretch, Strength & Yoga is an inclusive, safe and welcoming space for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, ability/disability, religious affiliation, body size, nationality or income. We’re stronger together- hate has no home here or anywhere.

Athanda Stretch, Strength & Yoga wishes to acknowledge the land it operates on is the stolen, traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We also acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island. Athanda Stretch, Strength & Yoga is grateful to have the opportunity to exist and work on this land, by the water. We recognise the necessity and obligation for non-Indigenous people to engage in the process of reconciliation, and encourage all participants to do the same.
