Brand new to yoga? Been to a few classes but weren't quite sure about what you were doing? In this Hatha-style class, let's take our time, learn some poses (āsanas) and explore how they feel in our bodies and minds. Modifications always available. 60 minutes.

Only have 30 minutes to spare? No problem! Let's breathe, move through some āsanas (postures) and find a few moments of stillness to  reconnect with and refocus the mind and body. Also perfect for lunch hour at work, either in office or at home!

Chair yoga

Using the support of the chair and other assorted props for seated and/or standing āsanas (poses), let's move, breathe, hold stillness and reconnect in this 30 minute class.
